Catalogs and order forms can be downloaded from the Freestate website or provided by your manager. All orders received by Friday April 4th, will be processed with delivery of hoodies, sweatpants, and t-shirts in 2 weeks. All other items will be delivered within 3 weeks. Second orders will be placed on Wed, April 9th.
Order forms with payment should be given to your team manager NLT Friday, April 4th for early orders or Wed, April 9th for regular orders.

Here’s how we’re going to work the order process for this first order:
- Managers will help distribute order forms and catalogs to players and their families.
- Mangers will collect order forms and checks (made payable to “Freestate Soccer Alliance”.
- Managers will deliver order forms and checks to Cindy Huntzberry or Dave Smith.
- Cindy and Dave will collate the orders by team and provide a single order list to Impressive Products (Cheryl and Matt Hokanson).
- Cindy and Dave will deliver all checks to Neville Dennis for deposit.
- Cindy and Dave will arrange with each team manager for delivery of items once orders are received.
