Skill Station 4
Long Instep Flighted Ball
Objective:
Player has to play a long flighted ball with the instep into the square.
 
Organization:
Each Player has three tries. Distance 30 yards or 25 m boys 10 yrs
                                   25 yards or 20 m girls 10 yrs and boys 9 yrs
                                    20 yards or 15 m girls 9 yrs and boys 8 yrs
Scoring:
For each score player receives 20 points.
Maximum: 60 points.
