Freestate Academy’s Winter Camp is scheduled for February 20 – 21, 2010 from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm. The two-day camp will be held at Indian Creek School in Crownsville. Players will be divided into two groups based on age and ability. Only 50 players will be admitted to the camp.
Each player will receive four 90-minute training sessions and a camp T-shirt. Each player must bring a packed lunch and drinks for the day.

Session 1
- Physical - Dynamic Warmup and Speed Improvement.
- Technical - Individual and small group juggling, dribbling, combination play and finishing.
- Tactical - 1v1 to 5v5 attacking principles and transition games.
- Mental - Positve attitude, courage.
Session 2
- Physical - Dynamic Warmup and Core Strength Improvement.
- Technical - Individual and small group dribbling and defending.
- Tactical - 1v1 to 5v5 defending principles and transition games.
- Mental - Positve attitude, work ethic, discipline.
Session 3
- Physical - Dynamic Warmup and Agility Improvement.
- Technical - Individual and small group passing, receiving and possession.
- Tactical - Expansion vs. recovery and compactness.
- Mental - Positive attitude, concentration, alertness.
Session 4
- Srimmages, Competitons and Prize Session
