Please remember the danger of lightning and to take precautions to clear the fields immediately when lightning is spotted. All thunderstorms produce lightning and are dangerous. Lightning often strikes outside the area of heavy rain and may strike as far as 10 miles from any rainfall. If you hear thunder, you are in danger.
The general rule is do not resume play until 30 minutes have passed since the last thunder was heard.
