The Lightning Team is a WAGS Division 3 team attending College Showcase Tournaments this Fall Season. We play in top level tournaments; JAGS 2009 Tournament, CASL Shootout, and Orange Classic.
Head Coach Lou D’Orsaneo has been involved in coaching girls soccer for over 15 years. He was a Division 1 college player. He’s USSF "D & E" Licensed. He coached a Freestate U-19 girls team for 4 years, with a high percentage of his players receiving scholarships to play in college. He stresses player development, and team commitment.
Asst Coach Mary Hearin joined our team this fall season. Mary played Division I in college and her coaching experience ranges from U9 to U18 teams, as well as college Former Asst Coach at UMBC. She's USSF "D" Licensed.
