The Freestate Red Devils, a Bowie-based boys U-16 (born after August 1, 1994) team finished the Spring 2010 season in the Region 1 Colonial League in third place, and plans to continue to compete in the Region 1 Colonial League for the Spring 2011 season. In addition to their Colonial League play, the Red Devils have been accepted into the Atlantic Soccer League (ASL), and will be participating in ASL events throughout the year. The Red Devils were Semi-Finalists in the 2009 Maryland State Cup.

The Red Devils 2010 / 2011 calendar includes the following tournaments: VCCL College Showcase, Bethesda Tournament, Baltimore College Showcase, Triangle Friendlies, Annandale Alliance Cup, Freestate Capitol Cup, SAC Memorial Day, and the Maryland State Cup.
