The team participates in a year-long program that includes WAGS League play, indoor league and training, tournaments, and scrimmages. The goal is to create an environment that develops players who are comfortable with the ball at their feet, understanding the demands of travel youth soccer, while never forgetting that fun is the most important aspect of their experience.

Win Puffer is a former coach with the Washington Freedom WPS & W-League teams and has been an Olympic Development Program coach for 10 years and has served as a Super Y-League ODP National ID Camp Staff Coach. Puffer has also coached at the collegiate level and has helped develop players who have gone on to play in college, professionally and the US National Teams.
