Youth Day Camp
Ages 7-12 July 16 -20 9:00am – 3:00pm Aftercare until 4:30pm $225 camp $10/day aftercare Queen Anne School in Upper Marlboro

9:00-10:00		Group Warm-up, Juggling, Skill Stations, Demo
10:00-10:40		Tactical or Technical Session (1v1’s, Attacking 2v1, 2v2’s)
10:40-11:00		Break
11:00-11:50		Small Sided Games (4v4, 7v7)
12:00-1:30		Lunch/Video
1:30-2:00		Shooting/Finishing
2:00-2:45		Games
2:45-3:00		Homework and Cool Down
