• 5:30 - 5:50                               Warm-Up
• 5:50 – 6:10                              Skill Demonstration
• 6:10 -  7:10                              Technical & Tactical Development                              
• 7:10 – 8:15                              4v4 to 8v8 games
• 8:15 – 8:30                              Cool down and homework
• ***Friday will be a competition day with scrimmages among teams, contests, and prizes
